Itch to Pitch: Week 1 Play-doh toys

June 17, 2009

Well back in April, I believe, I finally finished up decluttering and organizing my kitchen and it was off to the living room. Well as you can tell I've been stuck here for a couple of months. The biggest problem is our small living space. With 5 people in this tiny apartment, well you really can't accumulate much without seeing the effects all over the house. As we are due for a PCS next fall, I decided to get started a bit early and start purging each room of what we don't need, don't use, or just don't have room for. And well, we don't have room for and don't really need 2 drawers full of play-doh toys, yikes!!!!

The goal here is to take all three containers and condense into the 2 lined baskets, with the left over baskets being for crayons and scrap paper.

The pitching begins!!!!

Still need to downsize.

Ahhh.. Mission accomplished!

A work in progress. Giving everything a home is helping keep the living room more organized and making clean up time go smoother!!.

Come join in on the fun at The Happy Housewife.

Father, may our children give freely forgiveness in all situations. When tempted not to forgive may they be pierced by Christ's sacrifice for him/her and "pay forward" the same forgiveness Christ bought for them on the cross. Proverbs 17: 9,17

Great job! I love baskets for organizing. Wish I had more to use.

It sure feels good to get organized, huh? You did great! So far my 4yo just loves play-doh by itself and we don't have too many toys for it. Hope to see you next week for more ITP.
