Okay, so it has been awhile since I joined in on a meme and I think I can handle this as I do my menu planning on Fridays. I look forward to meeting new bloggers and getting some good recipes. Here is what will we be heaped onto our plates this week:
Monday: Japanese night (we live in Okinawa, Japan and I will be going to a Japanese grocery store to pick up dinner tonight!!!)
Tuesday: Homemade Beefaroni and corn on the cob
Wednesday: Chicken enchiladas and green beans
Thursday: Tortilla soup (we have community group this night so its a potluck night)
Friday: homemade pizzas
Saturday: Tuna patties with french fries
Sunday: Lazy day stew
