Father, may we rest in your presence during this time leading up to Resurrection Day. Help us to set aside time each day to reflect on those things within our own lives that helped nail Jesus to the cross. Let us do this not to feel guilty but to see that without Christ there is not a chance for us to stand before you, Our Almighty God. Convict our hearts of any area of our lives that we are still living for ourselves and not taking our commands from you. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen
