Still the Same

Dear Father, as we hear about the news in Gaza we realize that the more things change the more they stay the same. How blessed we are that You are in control of all, that you already know the end, and that nothing surprises you. How blessed we are that even in the uncertainty we face in the coming year, we can rest assuredly in Christ as our Lord and Savior. Before the beginning and after the end, you will remain our constant. How comforting to know that the world does not change you BUT you have charge over the world. May our lives and hearts be a testimony to the greatness of your power in each of our lives. It is only through your power that we are able to make the changes in our lives so that we can bring honor and glory to your alter and only through your Son, Jesus Christ can we be found worthy to stand in your presence. Until that glorious day, we pray that you continue to mold us into all that you desire for us to be. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen
