Tackle It Tuseday: Progress

Yeah, I'm excited to post picks of the progress with CJ's quilt!!!!! Little by little I'm getting something accomplished each week, which is better than nothing at all right!!











I guess I caught the sewing bug this week and made CJ a new dress. It turned out so much better than I thought, I was very proud to have her wear it to church on Sunday!




Now I just need to try my hand at making hair bows. Believe it or not, I am very intimidated to even try this!!!!!

I am making my mom a special gift for her birthday and I finally was able to pick up what I needed to get started on it. So I will have to take a break from working on CJ's quilt to get mom's gift done by the end of the month. Not sure if I will have it completed by her birthday but I'm going to try my hardest!!!! Here's a peak at a part of it, shhhhh.



I don't think this gives it away but you know if it has pics of the grandkids, it's going to be adorable!!!!!
