Selah

.... means to pause, "An Opprotunity to Reflect on the Meaning of these words." As I enjoyed a non traditional reading of Psalm 24 on Sunday, Pastor John followed it up with the meaning of Selah and I felt that it was a perfect fit for a title on my blog.
